Senior Internal Auditor

The Office of the State Treasurer and Receiver General (“Treasury”) is responsible for managing the state’s daily cash flows and state-issued debt. The Treasury also administers the State Employees’ Retirement System, the Deferred Compensation SMART and CORE Plans, the Veterans’ Bonus Program, the Unclaimed Property Division, and the Office of Economic Empowerment. The Treasury oversees the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (“ABCC”) and the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust (“MCWT”). In addition, the Treasury is supported by its own Human Resource, Information Technology, Legal, and Finance functions.

Under the supervision of the Treasury Internal Auditor, the Senior Internal Auditor is primarily responsible for completing finance, compliance, and performance audits, reviews, and investigations and assisting in the maintenance of the Treasury’s internal control, policy, and business continuity documentation.

Wires Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintenance of corporate customers in the Finastra PayPlus wire system and Business Online Banking platform, perform QC for set ups completed by others.
