  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems or loan origination systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce and nCino experience.
  • Analytical, troubleshooting and technical acumen.
  • Ability to effectively lead and work with individuals and groups at various levels in the organization.
  • Understands the definitions and configurations of business parameters related to commercial loan origination.
  • Organizational skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
